Cupcakes went walking

This past weekend Sweet Temptations went walking. We formed a ST team for the Greensboro Women's Hospital, Women's Only 5K Walk. Our t-shirts were designed by a very talented friend of mine and we were proudly "cupcakes walking for a cure". Wear Yours, a local screenprinting and embrodery shop, was a sponsor of our team, and did a fabulous job printing our shirts too.

Being a part of this 5k (walk/run) was very meaningful to me. My mother is a breast cancer survivor, of almost 3 years, and to be able to walk in her honor and in memory/honor of all those women out there that are affected by Breast Cancer was amazing.

We are all affected by some sort of cancer. Sweet Temptations walked in honor of Breast Cancer this past weekend. I invite you to take a moment and reflect on those special people in your life today.
